Official Summary

"The player agreed to help Kumar, who runs the Café Luxe in Paradiso. Kumar would like the player to get a new drink recipe from a travelling Tranquilitea sommelier, Rowan, at the resort. The player can either talk Rowan into giving them the recipe, bribe rowan into selling the recipe, or they can attempt to steal it from Rowan directly."

Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak with Kumar.
2. Obtain the Tranquilitea Secret Recipe from Rowan Masterson.
3. Return to Kumar.

New Game Plus

When doing this quest additional times, new dialog responses are available. On the 5th try, you can skip the entire quest as you remember the recipe.

Dialogue, based on completions:

• 2nd Time: Oh! I know the recipe! It's... Actually, I may need to go get it for you again.
• 3rd Time: This time I've got the recipe for sure, it's... damn. Okay, need to find it again.
• 4th Time: Okay, the recipe is... You know what? I'm never going to remember this damn recipe.
• 5th and every time after: For real this time. I know the recipe. Let me write it down for you.

Notes

• Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g., <Alias=LocationHold>) is dynamically set by the Radiant Mission system, and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
• Not all entries may appear in your log; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the mission is done.
• Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with missions that have multiple possible outcomes or missions where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
• If an entry is marked as "Finishes Mission" it means the mission disappears from the Active Mission list, but you may still receive new entries for that mission.
• On the PC, it is possible to use the console to advance through the mission by entering setstage FFParadisoZ03 stage, where stage is the number of the stage you wish to complete. It is not possible to un-complete (i.e. go back) mission stages, but it is possible to clear all stages of the mission using resetquest FFParadisoZ03.
