Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Vicente Salinas in Apex Electronics located in The Well.
2. Agree to pick up his package and travel to the Red Mile.
3. Pickup the package to the left of the entrance of the Red Mile.
4. Deliver the package to Vicente Salinas.

Walkthrough

Speak to Vicente Salinas who is sitting down in Apex Electronics located in The Well. He'll stay vague, but say that he needs to earn your trust by fetching a package for him from Red Mile.

Travel to Red Mile and collect the package, which is sitting on ground to the left side of the building and can be easily collected.

Return to Salinas to complete the quest. He'll pay you a few credits, but open up his shop which contains the unique weapon Acid Rain for sale.
