A family in distress

Dialogue[edit]

Chris:

"Hello... nurse... doctor? Whoever you are... I don't care... just help!"
"Help... please."
... Player Response
[+Medicine?]
You'll be fine now. I'm stabilizing your injuries.
[QB230]
You're like an angel... from space.
[Lives]
[Aid_Medpack >= 1?]
[Give Medpack] Here. This should help.
[QE210]
[QB230]
You're like an angel... from space.
[Lives]
  • [+Medicine?] | [Aid_Medpack >= 1?]
    [Lie] There's nothing I can do for you. Sorry.
  • There's nothing I can do for you. Sorry.
  • Oh... oh no...
  • I'm not ready...

Tyra:

"Please help me! My brother was attacked by some nasty creature and isn't going to make it much longer. He needs a MedPack, quick!"
... Player Response
🗣︎ [+Manipulation?] & [Q-225?] & [Aid_Medpack >= 1?]
Too bad, so sad. I might need this MedPack someday.
[QE225]
Are you serious? You have a MedPack and you're not going to give it to him?
X [+Medicine?]
I'll take a look at him.
[QE205]
Please... thank you. Thank you. We are so lucky you're here, doctor.
[Q+225?] & [Aid_Medpack >= 1?]
[Sell Med Pack] How much is your brother's life worth?
  • Here... here take this. Please. That's everything I have... it's got to be worth a MedPack, right?
    [Lives][Bribed]
  • Economy's in a rough place these days, huh? I can take it from here... thanks, I guess.
    [Lives][Bribed]
[Aid_Medpack >= 1?]
[Give Medpack] Here. Take it.
  • [Q-235?]
    Thanks for the MedPack. You're a life-saver... I'll get us back home, don't worry.
    [Lives]
  • [Q-235?]
    Oh, phew. I owe you, seriously.
    [QE230][Lives]
[Aid_Medpack >= 1?]
I'm not wasting a Med Pack. Ask somebody else.
You... have a MedPack but you'd rather watch my brother die?
[Attack]
[-Aid_Medpack?]
I don't have a MedPack, I'm sorry.
Oh no... this can't be happening! No... no, no.
[Dies]
Hold on. I'll be back with a MedPack. Please help... he's all I have left.

[Dies]

Tyra:

"Hey... hey kid... our parents are looking for us, I know they are. You just need to hang on, okay?"

Chris:

  • "You're gonna be okay... just get off this rock in one piece... "
  • "It wasn't your fault, you know..."
  • "Tell our parents I joined that cult again... I don't want them to be sad."
--
"I just need... to rest..."

Tyra:

"[She's|He's|They're] gone. [She's|He's|They're] already gone..."
[EQS220]

[Lives][BQS215]

Tyra:

"Hey... use this Med Pack so we can get out of here, okay?"

Chris:

"*cough* Still hurts..."

Tyra:

"Rest up. We'll go when you're ready... "
[EQS200]
--
[Attack]

Tyra:

"Yeah, no way. I'm taking that MedPack right now."

Notes
  • Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g., <Alias=LocationHold>) is dynamically set by the Radiant Mission system, and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
  • Not all entries may appear in your log; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the mission is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with missions that have multiple possible outcomes or missions where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
  • If an entry is marked as "Finishes Mission" it means the mission disappears from the Active Mission list, but you may still receive new entries for that mission.
  • On the PC, it is possible to use the console to advance through the mission by entering setstage OE_BryanB_FamilyInNeed stage, where stage is the number of the stage you wish to complete. It is not possible to un-complete (i.e. go back) mission stages, but it is possible to clear all stages of the mission using resetquest OE_BryanB_FamilyInNeed.
