Lieutenant Jillian Toft is the first officer of the UC Vigilance and an officer in UC SysDef.
She's responsible for gathering and analyzing leads and evidence related to the Crimson Fleet.
She is a woman of English descent with a brown ponytail, wearing a SysDef Formal Uniform and a Kraken pistol.
Background[edit]
Toft was born in the Well, the underground slums of New Atlantis. Coming from a poor background, she took to a life of crime at an early age, earning herself an extravagant lifestyle. She was disowned by her parents, and responses by taunting them with her ill-gotten wealth. Eventually, she was arrested by UC Security.

Personality[edit]
Toft is a professional with a strong hatred of the Crimson Fleet. She is firmly tight-lipped about her criminal past, but willing to share it with those she trusts.
