Chop Shop is a illegal ship salvaging station run by Hannibal Eutropio

The Chop Shop is an old Pulsar Systems Staryard, a staryard that closed due to "unforeseen circumstances". The purpose of this staryard was to provide cheap yet reliable maintenance to individuals who have fallen on hard times. After the staryard closed, one of the people who worked on the staryard, Priya, gave a tip. Which led to Hannibal Eutropio setting up with Spacers and Deke. After they found the staryard, they moved it to the asteroid field outside of Andromas IV-a and started their illegal ship salvaging business.
