Summary

Creates a header for quest scene subpages plus category.

Parameters

Although mixed-case parameters will work normally, lower-case is preferred and in use for most templates.

quest	required	The editor identification of a quest.
scene	required	The editor identification of a scene.
nocat	optional	Not added to category.
