	Permanently increases EM weapon damage by 5%. Permanently increases ballistic weapon damage by 5%. Permanently increases laser weapon damage by 5%. Permanently increases particle weapon damage by 5%. Basic and Advanced Combat skills are permanently unlocked 2% faster (on top of any other bonuses).
