	Permanently increases weapon damage at night by 5%. Permanently adds 5% to melee weapon critical damage. Permanently adds 5% to unarmed damage. Food and drink items are permanently 5% more effective. Basic and Advanced Physical skills are permanently unlocked 2% faster (on top of any other bonuses).
