Creation Conditions

For the game to create this POI the following conditions must be met by the celestial body:

• The body must contain human presence
• The Fauna abundance of the body must be None
• The Flora abundance of the body must be None
• The body must have no atmosphere
• The body must have at least one of the traits Charred Ecosystem and Extinction Event

Additionally, there is an internal cooldown condition for most POIs in place, which consists of a comparison of the global GameDaysPassed (00000039) to the corresponding global - for this POI: PCM_Cooldown_DR010 (000F78AE).
