Found in the following locations: Sonny Di Falco's Island, in the building at the northern most end. Enter the building, go down the stairs and walk straight onto a balcony overlooking the indoor pool to the left. Ahead straight and turn left to the north-west corner to find the master bedroom where Sonny's body is located. The magazine will be located on a table connected to the red corner sofas.

	Permanently increases carrying capacity by 5kg. Permanently adds 5% to melee weapon critical damage. Permanently adds 5% to unarmed damage. Pharmaceuticals are permanently 2% less addictive. Basic and Advanced Physical skills are permanently unlocked 2% faster (on top of any other bonuses).
