All powers start at rank 1 when first obtained. On subsequent NG+, when the power is obtained its rank increases by one, to a maximum of 10.

All ranks grant immunity to being staggered and 95% reduction to fall damage.

Details

While Moon Form is active, the player and any equipped weapon are encased in a skin with the appearance of Lunar regolith. The player cannot jump or accelerate in any direction (except when in zero-G) but can crouch, attack, use consumables, and cast other powers. Airborne, Corrosive, Radiation, and Thermal resistances are all set to maximum (i.e. 85), and Physical, EM, and Energy resistances receive a +700 bonus. The player's health regeneration rate is increased by ^(?) HP/sec.
