Found in the following locations: Bindi Mining Outpost, open the airlock to enter the mining outpost. Follow the trail and turn left opposite of the vending machines. Reach the cafeteria and take the stairs. Upstairs there is a small area with two grey sofas and a coffee table in the middle with some dumbbells lying nearby as well. The magazine will be lying on top of the coffee table in such area.
