Ikuchi Market is the eastern district of Neon's city core, from the Spaceport Terminal elevator to the Ryujin Tower.

The north side of the district has Neon Mining League, Freestar Ranger's Outpost, and Newill's Goods. A door between the spaceport terminal and Neon Mining League leads to northern Ebbside.

The south side of the strip has a Trade Authority store, Neon Tactical, Ryujin Apartments, and LeGrande's Liquors. A door between Trade Authority and Neon Tactical leads to southern Ebbside.
