Magazine perks are unlocked sequentially as issues of each magazine in a series are found, regardless of order.

Constellation Guide is about exploration and the sciences. It grants perks to improve exploring, outposts, and research. Permanently reduces fall damage by 5%. Permanently use 15% less O2 while moving when overencumbered. Healing items are permanently 5% more effective. Outposts permanently produce resouces 5% faster. Basic and Advanced Science skills unlocked 2% faster (on top of any other bonuses).
