Ashta

The Ashta is a type of fauna in the Lionbear family.

They are a species of predatory fauna native to the planet Akila. They are highly aggressive quadrupedal predators covered in armored scales, described as resembling a cross between a wolf and a velociraptor. Ashta are completely fearless of humans, and even seem to have a preference for human meat. Akila City's walls were built to protect the city against the Ashta.

Ashta can be found anywhere on Akila. They hunt alone or in small packs, and will attack humans on sight. They can be a serious danger to a low-level player, but are generally easily dispatched at higher levels. The exception is the rare Alpha Ashta.
