Apex Parrothawk

The Apex Parrothawk is a type of fauna in the Parrothawk family.

They are native to the forests and arctic mountains of the planet Jemison. They are winged predators that resemble human-sized featherless birds. As a solitary apex predator, they hunt most of Jemison's wildlife at will. They are not normally hostile to humans but may perceive an approaching human as a threat and attack in self-defense. Parrothawks use their speed to attempt to flank and divebomb their prey.
